Habit Coaching
Stay on track with and supplement your performance goals with personalized nutrition coaching and tracking, and a personalized daily habit checklist. Monitor your progress and ensure you are consistently working towards achieving your desired performance outcomes.
True Remote Coaching
Get the same level of coaching as you would with in person training. Your program is built from the results of your personalized remote assessment. How does the program work?First you fill out the performance assessment form to get the information needed to build your personalized program Next you make your payment Once the payment is made coach Kev will begin creating your program, and it will be delivered in the next 24 - 48 hours Once your program is created you get an email to set up your Bridge Athletics profile and email notification of when your program is ready to start

What equipment do I need?Programs are adapted based on what you have access to — full gym, limited gear, or field work.

How long is the program?Custom programming is a 4-week minimum, with updates based on your progress.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?Clients maintain the right to cancel payment at any time in advance of the billing date for the next month’s payment. Cancellation must be done by email or text and must be received before the new billing cycle or you will be charged for that month’s coaching and programming. No personal training refunds will be issued for payments/ purchases already made.
