TEEN ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

High level group performance training designed to help high school athletes transform their athleticism and develop their athletic potential. For athletes ages 13-17 years old.

  • 4-6 athletes per session

  • 3 months of progressive programming

  • Performance training program designed to develop and improve overall athleticism including vertical jump, speed, quickness, agility, strength and power

  • Group athletic performance assessment combine to test and track progress for each athlete

$25 per session

  • $20 initial performance assessment combine

  • 3 group sessions per week

  • 60 minute training sessions

$30 per session

  • $20 initial performance assessment combine

  • 2 group sessions per week

  • 60 minute training sessions
