What if I'm in-season?We tailor volume, intensity, and focus based on your season — in-season, off-season, or combine prep.

How does the program work?First you fill out the performance assessment form to get the information needed to build your personalized program You will get a follow up email from coach Kev and he will begin creating your program. The program will be delivered in the next 24 - 48 hours Next you will make your payment to get access to your program and get it delivered to you Once your program is created you get an email to set up your Bridge Athletics profile and email notification of when your program is ready to start

What equipment do I need?Programs are adapted based on what you have access to — full gym, limited gear, or field work.

How long is the program?Custom programming is a 4-week minimum, with updates based on your progress.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?Clients maintain the right to cancel payment at any time in advance of the billing date for the next month’s payment. Cancellation must be done by email or text and must be received before the new billing cycle or you will be charged for that month’s coaching and programming. No personal training refunds will be issued for payments/ purchases already made.
