I drastically increased my vertical jump training with Kevin within just 2 months of training, which helped me to get high enough to dunk again. Kevin was super professional and knowledgeable. First time I met Kevin was on a basketball league. We played against each other, without me knowing, and eventually, became teammates. His basketball performance and athleticism is what got me intrigued. I asked him if he does work outs or any basketball performance exercises. Training with Kevin was a great overall experience for me. Kevin is well educated in all aspects of training. I had a shoulder surgery due to many dislocations leading up to a fracture. Training with Kevin really helped me to gain back my strength and regular mobility movements for my shoulders. I also asked Kevin I want to improve my speed, agility and my vertical jump for basketball. In the span of 3-4 months I have noticed a big change in my speed, agility and vertical jump. A big factor with training with Kevin is that he  helps you to focus on technique when performing exercises, as well he taught me how to properly stretch and how it important it is to rest between sets. I initially found Kevin through Bark.com and spoke with about 3-4 trainers. Kevin's unique differentiation stood out right away when he asked me first for a face to face meeting vs a 30-minute phone call. You could tell right away that his approach to fitness training was more personalized compared to the others. I initially signed up for 3 months and saw great results within the first 8 weeks. COVID threw a wrench in things and so we had to stop training for a while. Thankfully, we've been going strong for the last 4 months and I've never felt better in my life. I feel a lot more confident to be moving around in a gym and it's great having a resource like Kevin who does all the thinking and preparation for you - you just have to show up and put the work in. Prior to meeting Kevin, I would say a huge hesitation for me stepping into a gym was I just had no clue where to start. With Kevin, we started small and have really built things up and he is always changing things to my needs. I'm really happy that I met Kevin - he's changed how I view fitness for the better and I'm excited to close out the next 2 months with him and sign up for another 6 to really push myself in 2022.

Kevin helped me to improve my strength and stamina for both running and hockey. I have been working with Kevin for about a year and half now. I was overweight working a desk job and needed to lose the weight. We spoke about what my goal was and right away Kevin tailored a program that was fit for me. He's super knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure he answers any and all questions I have. He takes the time during workouts to make sure that I have the correct form, and if there were any issues during the exercise we address them and work on it.
