Semi-private training offers the perks of private training in a group setting. Athletes will get some of the same personalized attention they would get with 1 on 1 training combined with the energy and environment of a group workout.

  • 2-4 athletes per session

  • Each athlete gets a personalized performance training program

  • Progressive programming with the option of continuing

  • Functional fitness assessments and athletic performance assessments based on the performance goals of each individual athlete

  • Integration of Bridge Athletic app to supplement performance training with complementary vitality workouts to keep your body healthy, functional and moving better

  • 1-3 group sessions per week

  • 60 minute training sessions
