Kev will work with you to create a customized performance program tailored to your performance and fitness goals and lifestyle, and provide the motivation and accountability needed to reach your athletic potential.

  • Personalized 1 on 1 performance training program

  • 3, 6 and 12 month training commitment options

  • Personalized functional fitness assessment and/or athletic performance assessment based on your needs and goals

  • Fitness indicators are remeasured every month

  • Fitness and performance indicators are remeasured every 3-6 months to make sure that progress is trending in the right direction

  • Integration of Bridge Athletic app to supplement performance training with complementary vitality workouts to keep your body functional and moving better

  • Nutrition tracking and habit coaching to help supplement fitness and performance goals

  • $50 initial performance & fitness assessment

  • 2,3 or 4 sessions per week options

  • 60 or 90 minute training sessions
